Children's concert "Spring twitter and summer thunderstorms"

On Solstice Day, we cordially invite children and their families to a special musical experience that brings the magic of the transition from spring to summer to life.

Together with the two musicians Veronika Joseph and Alice Paper-Burghardt and a small vocal ensemble, the audience can look forward to a varied children's concert on the theme of the seasons. Works for voice, piano and flute will be performed with a great deal of imagination and tonal variety - complemented by exciting surprise instruments that will amaze young listeners in particular.

The selected pieces of music tell of blossoming landscapes, warm rays of sunshine and the lightness of summer and invite children to discover the world of music in a playful way. The result is a lively concert experience that invites children to listen, empathize and dream.

In addition, concertgoers young and old can actively participate in the program by exploring old and new music, singing together, experiencing and listening. From a big summer thunderstorm to the funny twittering of birds - there is a lot to find out and try out!

Veronika Joseph studied music at the Munich University of Music. In addition to performing as a freelance musician, she has been working as a piano teacher for many years. Accompanying children on their way to music and the joy of making music is a matter close to her heart.

Alice Paper-Burghardt has not only worked as a freelance singer but also as a teacher since her studies in piano, opera and concert singing. Over the years, her work has focused on conducting choirs. As a mother of four children, it is particularly important to her to awaken a love of music in young listeners.

Cultural family events every month at the Mohr Villa

Under the motto "Culture picnics", young and old can enjoy concerts, readings and theater. After the event, there is time to socialize with other families over a picnic with snacks you have brought along. Please bring your own picnic and blankets.
