Anuv Jain makes his German debut and comes to Frankfurt and Berlin in 2026

Rolling Stone magazine calls him "the future of Indian music" - and anyone who has ever heard Anuv Jain knows why. At just 30 years old, the singer/songwriter is already one of the biggest voices on the modern indie scene. What began in 2012 as a YouTube project by a reticent student has developed into an international success story. Since his breakthrough with "Baarishein", which now has over 800 million streams, Jain has touched millions of people around the world with his music.

In his 14 songs released to date, he has repeatedly succeeded in transforming personal experiences into music that moves people around the world: his hit "Husn", released in 2023, became the second most streamed song of the year in India and also reached the top 100 of the international Spotify charts - proof of the universal language of his music. With every note, Anuv Jain conveys a quiet intensity that gets under your skin - intimate and vulnerable at the same time. His songs are simple, honest and characterized by a touching calm. A warm baritone voice and minimalist guitar melodies are enough to tell stirring stories. The lyrics often seem like a quiet conversation with oneself: They are about the fragile balance between closeness and freedom, about love, loss, growing up, grief and self-discovery.
