Kultursommer Starnberg - Jan Wannemacher

The songs of Bavarian singer-songwriter and guitarist Jan Wannemacher are straight out of life, in which he light-heartedly addresses everyday topics such as miserable hay fever, the imaginary devil on your shoulder or the tricky search for a partner. Likeable, humorous and rousing, his catchy dialect pop invites you to sing and dance along and simply puts you in a good mood.

Whether purely acoustic with just a guitar or amplified with a loop station - Jan plays with a lightness and joy that comes across as wonderfully honest and informal. His credo for lyrics and melodies is: "Listen, let go, immerse yourself, join in", sometimes with a wink. His entertaining concerts are always remembered in an upbeat, relaxed manner.

Small but nice! The Kulturbühne in Bucentaur Park primarily supports newcomers and experimental artists from the cabaret and jazz scene. In a relaxed atmosphere, the audience can be musically surprised and discover exciting artists with drinks and good food.
