How does a session work?
All participants lie relaxed on a yoga mat with their eyes closed or wearing a sleep mask and energetic music is played. Observe how this feels for you and what comes up for you. As a facilitator, I create a safe space and accompany your energetic process.
Sensations can be very subtle or louder: a tingling sensation in your fingers or body, spreading warmth, emotions or inner images, perhaps an impulse to move. Exactly what you want to happen will happen & the space is safe and free from expectations. Everything is allowed to be.
