Kundgebung zum IDAHOBALTI*

On Sunday, 17.05.2026, the Open Network LSBTIAQ+ Mannheim once again invites you to show your colors and stand together against queer hostility!

Come to the Alter Messplatz at 15:00 and show your colors at our rally on the International Day against Homo-, Bi-, Ace-, Lesbian-, Trans*- and Inter*-Hostility (IDAHOBALTI*) in Mannheim: Colorful and in solidarity against queer hostility!

Paint your wishes and demands against queer hostility on your signs, placards and posters and bring them with you. We are also hoping for lots of queer flags and colorful scarves so that we can form a long colorful chain on the square and create space for ourselves in the city.
We are part of urban society! We don't want to remain quiet when our concerns are repeatedly ignored and pushed aside. We as a community must visibly demand our rights!

We call on all people to stand up for a colorful and diverse Mannheim. As a network, we are focusing on three topics this year:
- Funding of transgender structures by the municipality, state and federal government: consequences of impending cuts
- Protection and support for lsbttiq+ refugees
- Safety for queer people and the new reporting ordinance (MVO)
