The new collection presentation at the Alte Pinakothek promises a reunion with old acquaintances and rarely shown treasures! Different facets of a theme that is one of the core tasks of painting par excellence will be illuminated: the telling of stories. How, what and by whom are stories told?

Music also depicts stories, situations and feelings - only dissolved differently in space and time. During this exclusive evening, you can wander between the worlds of images and music and immerse yourself in narratives in various artistic dimensions. After a short introduction, enjoy the live music in the specially opened exhibition rooms.
