Mark your calendars: This time it’s going to be even bigger! In addition to the booths inside the Kulturbunker, for the first time you’ll also find numerous exhibitors outside on Diakonissenplatz. Look forward to an inspiring day full of unique DIY creations, handmade art, and one-of-a-kind designs. Discover new favorite pieces, meet creative minds, try your hand at crafting in our craft corner, and enjoy music and drinks while you’re at it. Stop by and celebrate the diversity of Stuttgart’s creative scene with us!

For Vendors

Do you create DIY projects, art, or your own designs and want to exhibit and sell them?

At the art market at the Kulturbunker, you can secure your own booth: Whether it’s illustrations, prints, textiles, jewelry, ceramics, or other handmade items—anything based on your own ideas and a creative DIY approach is warmly welcome. 

Registration for our art market is being handled this time through the new Samling platform. There, you can easily sign up as a guest and book your booth.

🛠️ Booth Info

Min. 2m, max. 4m per booth (1 meter = 20€)
Tables can be added (€5 surcharge per meter)
 

🕒 Setup:Saturday starting at 1:00 p.m.

Please bring your own table if you haven’t booked a combo ticket. Feel free to bring additional lighting and decorations for your booth as well. If you’re setting up outdoors, please bring your own weather protection if needed. Booth spaces will be assigned on a “first come, first served” basis on the day of the event. Those who arrive first will be assigned an available spot of their choice (either in the park or in the bunker). If you have a preference for being outdoors or indoors, please note this in the comments section of your application.

⚠️ Note: The entrance to the Kulturbunker is accessible only via a long flight of stairs.

🚗 Parking:
Parking spaces are available on the surrounding streets or in nearby parking garages (approx. 1–2 € per hour).

❓ FAQ

What happens if you arrive late?
If you’re not there 30 minutes before doors open, your booth space will be reassigned. Please make sure your booth is fully set up no later than 15 minutes before the event starts.

What happens if you can’t make it after all?
Unfortunately, we cannot refund the booth fee for cancellations. The booking is similar to an event ticket. However, we’d be happy to help you resell your booth space via Instagram.

Can I choose my own booth space?
Unfortunately, no. Spots are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. For table reservations, we recommend the combo ticket (limited availability).

Note: To ensurethe art market is a wonderful experience for everyone involved, a minimum number of booths is required. If this number isn’t reached, we reserve the right to cancel the event. Of course, in that case, you’ll receive a full refund.
