Kunstworkshop mit chinesischer Kalligrafie

A quiet Saturday morning, three hours to spare, and a brush in hand. We’ll start with something very simple: a single stroke—and discover just how much movement, rhythm, and expression it holds.

You’ll get to know the brush, ink, paper, and inkstone. Starting with the first basic strokes, we’ll move step by step toward selected Chinese characters.

Your attention is focused entirely on the moment: on the movement of the brush and the trail of ink on the paper. It’s not about perfection, but about observing, experimenting, and repeating—at your own pace and in a calm atmosphere.

Each session is dedicated to a different theme and invites you to experience calligraphy in a fresh way each time. At the end, you’ll take a small piece of your work home with you—and perhaps some of the calm that comes from writing.
