Take a look in the old cellar of the Bremen Ratskeller and discover exciting wines: In January, the wine trade invites you to a warehouse sale. In addition to special treasures, some bargains will also be up for grabs.
Where the wine bottles of Bremen's Ratskeller were once labeled and only a few people otherwise have access, the wine trade's second warehouse sale will take place from 22 to 24 January 2026. Around 40 different wines from German wine-growing regions will be available, some of which only have a few bottles left in stock. It is therefore worth arriving early for all those who are looking for special treasures. Because, as the saying goes: what's gone is gone.
"We offer some older vintages and some young, fresh wines," says Julia Burmester, sales manager at Bremer Ratskeller. Wine connoisseurs should enjoy the selection, as well as anyone looking for wines for uncomplicated enjoyment. "Some of the wines in the warehouse sale have never been part of a wine tasting before and some of them are real treasures. The sales team will be happy to reveal the special features of the individual wines and how they taste in a personal conversation.
Bremer Ratskeller has a long tradition in the Hanseatic city and, in addition to selected estate wines, also stocks exclusive home-bottled wines, which are cultivated and developed in close contact with the winegrowers.
