The PERLE is a new interim use of MUCBOOK CLUBHAUS in cooperation with STEINCHEN KULTURCAFÉ and serves as a new cultural venue for debates, culture, art and inspiration in Laim. The aim of the interim use, which is supported by the Free State of Bavaria, the City of Munich, the district committee and the developer Urban Progress, is to create a feel-good place and meeting point for Munich's creative and cultural scene, but also for the residents of Laim.
