LaTriviata is Germany's first and only ensemble for improvised musical theater. Every performance is a world premiere, a premiere and a special performance at the same time. The Süddeutsche Zeitung describes the ensemble, which is trained in classical singing, piano and improvisation, as "musical acrobats". Since 2002, LaTriviata - consisting of the "orchestra with ten fingers" and the singers - has been creating new opera literature in all styles and eras of classical music completely freely and spontaneously in every performance.
