In the organizer's words:

Lautenfeyn - the band of robbers who are taking the medieval scene by storm! They sing about freedom that hurts and rebellion that carries dignity.
The folk rock band will release their debut EP "Verdammt und vergessen" in March 2026.

On it, they combine the raw power of electric guitar, bass and drums with the archaic sounds of cello and hurdy-gurdy. Three singers provide powerful polyphony and changing timbres.

The result is an unmistakable folk rock sound that ranges from an exuberant party atmosphere to epic moments full of the urge for freedom - sometimes dirty and direct, sometimes epic and solemn.

Founded just a year earlier, the band had already attracted attention in 2025 with appearances at the Sternenklang Festival and the MPS (Mittelalterlich Phantasie Spectaculum). Lautenfeyn did not come quietly - they have come to stay.
