Topic: "Shame - things we rarely talk about"
We live in a society that wants to function - fast, stable, controlled.
There are time limits for grief, anger is seen as a risk and shame is best kept out of sight.
But not everyone wants to change this. While some call for more space for feelings, others say: Too much emotion paralyzes, makes us vulnerable and often gets in our way.
So what happens when these attitudes clash?
When loneliness grows but nobody talks about it?
When people are ashamed of their bodies and at the same time are expected to deal with them confidently?
Different perspectives come together in the open discussion format LE Talk .
It's not about agreeing, but about making opinions visible.
An evening about repressed emotions, social norms and the uncomfortable question:
Do we really need more space for feelings or more control?
