He is considered one of the most popular composers of his time and is still known today for his rousing melodies, especially his waltzes and polkas. In this musical story, Marko Simsa travels back in time and immerses himself in the world of Johann and his family of musicians. Numerous of their atmospheric compositions can be heard.

Marko Simsa has been successfully creating concert and theater programs for children and the whole family for years. Under the motto "Classical music for children", he brings classical music to the stage for children to join in. He has presented his projects at venues including the Vienna Musikverein, the Philharmonie Essen, the Württembergische Philharmonie, the Graz Opera House, the Wiesbaden State Theatre, the Mozarteum Salzburg, the Bremen concert hall Die Glocke and other concert halls in German-speaking countries and at numerous festivals. Marko Simsa has received two gold records and numerous awards for his work, including the German Record Critics' Award.
