Leipzigs Frauen: Von Märchen, Dramen und Bestsellern (Stadtführung)
In the organizer's words:
A woman from Leipzig compiled a collection of fairy tales even before the Brothers Grimm. A woman from Leipzig published the first book on women’s health! A woman who began writing in Leipzig went on to become a millionaire. The woman to whom we owe modern theater died in abject poverty. The first cookbook for home use, the first historical novels—these, too, were the work of women from Leipzig. Let yourself be surprised by the life stories of these women, who deserve our recognition.
