About Vera Lippisch

Vera Lippisch worked for many years at numerous German-language theaters and with independent theater groups—including in Dortmund, Ulm, Munich, Frankfurt, Graz, Bremen, Wuppertal, Bolzano, Innsbruck, and Bern.

She also became known to a wide audience through various television productions, including the miners’ series “Rote Erde,” several episodes of “Tatort,” and Jo Baier’s “Schwabenkinder.”

In addition to her theater and film work, she creates her own literary readings, which she presents at special venues in collaboration with classical and jazz musicians. Her sensitive style of delivery transforms literature into an immediate experience.
