Kai-Ingo & Beate:
Beate and Kai-Ingo have been dancing rock 'n' roll for 25 years, have been giving dance lessons for 16 years alongside their other professions and are also known as the dance couple "Die Holly Hoppers" in the Rhineland.

Rock 'n' roll is a fast and athletic dance. It is characterized by high precision movements at high speed and the fluid combination of dance and spectacular acrobatics. Rollovers, falling figures, jumps and somersaults make up the acrobatic part.

Lindy Hop is a dance style from the 1930s in the USA, which is regarded as the forerunner of the jive, boogie-woogie and acrobatic rock 'n' roll dances. It is considered to be the original swing dance.
