Literatur Ahoi!

Three current literary works set sail on the Elbe in the harbor and along the banks towards the sea. Hamburg authors Julja Linhof, Tanja Schwarz and Johanna Sebauer will be reading in the saloon of the spacious passenger ship MS Commodore.

In her debut "Krummes Holz", Julja Linhof tells of a sultry summer in which the protagonist returns to the estate where he spent a hapless childhood with his sister - and where he now encounters nothing but silence.

In her latest novel "Father's Voice", Tanja Schwarz tells the story of the protagonist Nina's reunion with her father - after 25 years of silence.

In her debut novel "Nincshof", Johanna Sebauer tells the story of a fictional village in Burgenland that would prefer to be forgotten - or maybe it isn't fictional after all?
