LMU Uni-Sommerfest

Be there this summer when the historic main building of the LMU is transformed into a unique festival for one night - organized by us students for you!

A university summer festival at the LMU offers 2 beer gardens, 3 gambling areas, 4 discos and 5 themed stages, with a varied program that has been popular with students and culture enthusiasts throughout Munich since 1995.

We have selected numerous local artists for you who will entertain you throughout the evening. In addition, exciting lectures by our renowned professors await you all night long on our "Late Lectures" stage. You can rock the room yourself on our Karaoke stage or dance until dawn in the four discos and on our Just Dance stage. Our art exhibitions, our "Meet and Mingle" room and the gaming areas provide quieter entertainment.

And of course there's plenty of food and drink too! Our drinks counters sell beer, long drinks and non-alcoholic drinks at student prices. Watch out: The first 90 minutes of the festival are happy hour! Long drinks are available for €4 and beer for €2.50! Our beer gardens, food stalls and food trucks await you in the two inner courtyards.
