We build bridges

This year, the Dar es Salaam-Hamburg town twinning is celebrating its 15th anniversary.

We would like to invite all Hamburg residents to get to know the partnership and have planned a week of celebrations for you in Hamburg. We are expecting 80 friends from Dar es Salaam.

Since 2010, cooperation between the two port cities and their people has been promoted in all areas of life.

Both cities reached out to each other totacklethechallenges of their metropolitan areastogether.They agreed to learn from each other in order to better serve the people in their cities.

We want to tackle the major challenges we all face in this world together.
