Luxury Calm Session

Sometimes you don’t need a long vacation—just a moment when everything around you falls silent. That’s exactly what this Luxury Calm Session is for: 45 minutes during which the space is reserved just for you.

You’ll enter a peaceful yoga studio where everything is already set up: a high-quality mat, soft blankets, gentle lighting, quiet background music, and the scent of incense, which makes the room feel warm and serene. Many people say that as soon as they walk in, they automatically start breathing more deeply.

You can simply lie down. Without having to do anything, without trying to achieve anything. It’s all about truly connecting with yourself.

I’ll guide you through a gentle, guided meditation. During this time, I’ll work with Reiki, placing my hands on you from time to time; sometimes I’ll also incorporate a subtle energy spray or a scent. My mindful presence, touch, and the calm atmosphere in the room allow your thoughts to expand and your body to become noticeably more relaxed. Little by little, that rare state emerges in which your mind suddenly has much more space and things begin to fall into place within you.

This session is especially designed for people who are highly productive, think a lot, and long for a place where they don’t have to “function.” For people who aren’t looking for a group session, but rather a safe space where the focus is truly on them alone.

Many leave afterward with a sense of expansiveness in their bodies, a clearer mind, and a deep calm that lingers long afterward. Often, this is precisely the moment when you realize: Now I’ve come back to myself.

The Luxury Calm Session takes place in Düsseldorf and is offered only once or twice a week, always as an exclusive one-on-one session.
