German and international choral music with the award-winning choir

The Hamburg Girls' Choir, based at the State Youth Music School, is one of Germany's leading girls' choirs and is returning to the Kulturkirche Altona for its annual summer concert after returning from its concert tour of Slovenia, to the delight of all its fans.

Their concert tours have already taken the girls and young women to Iceland, Greece, South East Asia, Turkey, Israel, South Africa, the Silk Road and the Arctic. This year they went to Slovenia, the small country between Austria, Hungary, Croatia and Italy, between the Mediterranean and the high Alps, which also gave this year's concert its title: Morje in Gore - Sea and Mountains.

On their return, the girls and young women aged between 10 and 25 will, as they do every year, delight their audience in the Kulturkirche Altona with German and international choral music, which was of course once again inspired by their country of travel. Above all, however, they enchant us every time with their truly angelic singing. And so that all fans can see and, above all, hear this wonderful choir, they perform on two consecutive days.
