The traditional fish stabbing is a highlight. Brave participants in historical costumes compete against each other on boats, equipped with long padded poles, in a captivating contest of skill and balance.
Against the backdrop of the Main, this event offers a fascinating journey through time and attracts crowds of enthusiasts every year.
The Mainfest takes place at the Mainkai, Fahrtor and on the Römerberg.
