Painting & pottery - creative workshop at Studio Calma in Düsseldorf with Miriam and Lara.

Two arts, one special experience: in our "Painting & Pottery" workshop, you will experience how painting and ceramics come together in a creative flow. Under the guidance of Miriam (painting) and Lara (pottery), you will create your own individual painting and pottery artworks.

You will individually design a 40 x 50 cm canvas AND potter an individual ceramic piece (e.g. a cup or bowl).

Painting with Miriam - abstract and flowing
In Part 1 of the workshop, Miriam will take you into the world of abstract painting. We will paint fluently with acrylic paints and create beautiful soft pictures. Even as a beginner, you will be guided step by step and can give free rein to your creativity.

Pottery with Lara - your unique handmade piece
In Part 2 of the workshop, you will experience the craft of pottery (hand-building, without a wheel) with Lara. After a short introduction, you will learn the first steps and techniques: from shaping small vessels such as cups, bowls or candle holders to your own individual ideas. In a relaxed atmosphere, you will createyour own personal ceramic piece (e.g. a cup or bowl), which we will then finish by firing and glazing. After 5-6 weeks you will hold your own unique piece in your hands. We also ship (plus shipping costs).
