This workshop at Theaterlabor Traumgesicht is for people who want to discover their voice, their body and their inner expression in a creative way - without any pressure to perform and regardless of previous experience. You can expect a harmonious combination of sound meditation, vocal chants, mantras, gentle yoga elements, breathing exercises and intuitive movement combined with sound. Gentle sounds and conscious breathing invite you to arrive and connect with yourself. By consciously sounding individual vowels and chanting mantras, you can rediscover your own voice and feel its vibration in your body. Experiencing your own sound can be a particularly valuable path. Your voice is allowed to emerge completely free - quiet, powerful and free.
In this protected environment, supported by breath and mindful movement, you will find space to express yourself at your own pace and develop your individual expression. In flowing movement sequences, inspired by gentle yoga flows and connected to your sound, you will also have the opportunity to express what you have experienced through your body - intuitively and authentically.
A special part of the workshop is chanting mantras together, sometimes using the call-and-response principle. This unifying element creates a feeling of community, presence and inner expansiveness.
