Since 2021, Federal Transgender Representative Margot Schlönzke has been looking for new members to join her shadow cabinet. Each time, she invites a leading German politician for a job interview with a twist: Well-informed and quick-witted, she probes current events and secret details, and examines the candidates from a queer perspective. But who can withstand Margot’s rigorous selection process and her skeptically raised left eyebrow when she asks critical questions?
