It is supposed to be the highlight of the family vacation in the Italian resort of Torre di Venere, but turns out to be the absolute low point of an already messed up trip: the appearance of the hypnotist Cipolla. Against his will, waiter Mario becomes a victim of the skillful manipulator and takes cruel revenge for the exposure he has suffered. As part of the KLASSIK underground series, Thomas Mann's parable about the rise of European fascism meets "The Art of Fugue" by Johann Sebastian Bach.
