Design your own matcha bowl and learn how to make perfect matcha - all in a relaxed afternoon full of creativity and enjoyment 🍵

In our 3.5-hour workshop, you will receive step-by-step instructions on how to paint, expertly prepare your matcha and taste it together with the group.

What is included
- The workshop and all materials for painting your matcha bowl.
- Your self-designed matcha bowl (incl. glaze & firing; pick up later).
- Guided preparation of your matcha by our experts and joint tasting.
- Two drinks per person during the workshop (matcha, hojicha or mocktails); please specify any allergies when booking.

The Deluxe Ticket also includes a goodie bag:

- A personal chasen (bamboo whisk), chasen stand and bamboo spoon to take home.
- A sample of our premium matcha to take home.

Procedure & Organization

The workshop lasts 3.5 hours: short introduction to techniques and design, followed by time to create with individual support. We will glaze and fire your finished ceramics and notify you when to pick them up - due to kiln and opening times, completion may take 3-4 weeks.

Who is this suitable for?

Ideal for friends, couples, birthdays, JGAs or team events - no previous experience necessary, we bring materials, instructions and a good atmosphere.
Important information about tickets & rebooking
- Places are limited, secure your ticket early.
- Rebooking is possible once free of charge up to 48 hours before the event; after this time, our cancellation policy applies (cancellation fees apply in some cases).
- Please book groups of 8 or more by e-mail; special deadlines apply for larger groups.
- Additional ceramics or drinks can be paid for on site in cash, by PayPal or card.

Note on reservations and price changes

A reservation via our booking system only secures the space for the selected date, but does not constitute a binding sales contract.

Price changes or adjustments to our offer can be made at any time and also apply to reservations already made. There is no entitlement to the prices or conditions valid at the time of reservation as long as no payment has been made and thus no legally effective contract has been concluded.

Only when the ticket has been paid for in full is the contract bindingly concluded at the conditions valid at that time. The reservation therefore serves exclusively to secure a seat for organizational purposes.

Cancellation conditions

Cancellation free of charge:
Up to 7 days before the event date, you can cancel your booking free of charge by e-mail/WhatsApp or rebook to another date.

Cancellation 6 to 2 days before the date:
If you cancel between 6 and 2 days before the event date, we will charge 50% of the ticket price. Alternatively, you can rebook once free of charge to another date or transfer your ticket to another person.

Cancellation from 48 hours before the event / no-show:
If you cancel less than 48 hours before the start of the event or in the event of ano-show, the full ticket price will be charged. A refund is not possible in this case. However, you can transfer your ticket to another person - please let us know in good time.

Group bookings (8 or more people):
The same deadlines apply for groups of 8 people or more; due to the higher planning effort involved, we reserve the right to charge at least 50% of the total amount for last-minute cancelations (less than 7 days). We will clarify details as part of the individual group confirmation by email.

Rebookings:
Subject to availability, rebooking to another date is possible oncefree of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the event. Any further rebooking may be subject to a processing fee of €10 per booking.

Vouchers & promotional prices:
Tickets that have already been paid for can usually be converted into vouchers, but cannot be paid out in cash. Promotional prices and discounts cannot be combined with other promotions and are only valid for the advertised period and the respective event.

Important note for rebooking:
If you rebook your ticket to another date (regardless of the time of the rebooking), the new event is considered a new booking. It is not possible to cancel again free of charge. If the new date is canceled - no matter how many days in advance - 100% of the ticket price will be charged as a cancellation fee. The rebooking itself is free of charge up to 48 hours before the original event; after that, it is subject to the above-mentioned cancellation rules (50% for 6-2 days, 100% for <48 h). We therefore recommend that rebookings are made well in advance.

These regulations help us to plan material, staff and places fairly - and at the same time to provide you and all other guests with a high-quality experience.
