A band that can't be pigeonholed. Matija's music defies classic genre attributions and can best be described as indie/alternative pop.
Matija manage to create their own style, an imaginative blend of genres and influences from different art forms, often inspired by real life.
With singles such as White Socks, absolutenothing(today), More Than Happiness and their two studio albums Are We An Electric Generation Falling Apart? and byebyeskiesofyesterday, Matija have appeared in various TV and film formats, radio rotations and playlists as well as on stage with several tours, festival shows and as a support band for international acts.
The new EP "Age of Anticipation" will be released in winter 2023 and will be performed for the first time on the accompanying tour through Germany and Austria.
