Clothilde and Bénédicte are two sisters who have never met. And because of this, they don't have the same mother. One is on the verge of the existence of the other. The réciprocal is certainly not real.

Portées par des personnages profondément humains et quelques moments chantés en live, cette comédie met en lumière nos failles, nos espoirs et ce qu'il reste quand les secrets de famille remontent à la surface.

Clothilde and Bénédicte are two sisters who have never met. And for good reason, because they don't have the same mother. One knows of the other's existence. But the same is not true the other way around.

How do you tell someone who knows nothing about our existence that you are closely related? How do you react to the news that you have a sister you didn't know you had?

"Mazarine is a name like any other" tells the story of the unexpected encounter between Clothilde and Bénédicte, two half-sisters who have nothing in common. Carried by deeply human characters and some songs sung live, this comedy sheds light on our weaknesses, our hopes and what remains when family secrets come to the surface.
