In today's free meditation evening, contemplation takes place in motion.
We switch from sitting still to walking and back to sitting again. This allows you to experience the difference between meditation in stillness and in movement. This can pave the way for a sustainable mindfulness practice in everyday life.
The event lasts approx. 1 hour and, in addition to the guided meditation, there will be an opportunity for discussion and questions. If you have one, please bring a yoga or sleeping mat and your cushion/bench.
