Because after heavy blows of fate Herbert Grönemeyer retired in 1998 and lived in England. The creation of "Mensch" was the way back to music and a healing process, as Herbert Grönemeyer himself notes. Grönemeyer's classics like "Bochum", "Männer", "Flugzeuge im Bauch" or "Mensch" can be heard and end in a brilliant "Currywurst".

Unfortunately, Corona prevented the anniversary concerts planned for the spring. So the cinema performance offers a throwback to 2003, and those who want to relive the concert feeling of that time will find a way to celebrate the anniversary. 65,000 spectators were present "Auf Schalke" and sang the Steigerlied in chorus, creating a unique atmosphere that can be revived in the cinemas.
