The Rosenstein Symposium 2026 will focus on the topic "Mentoring as civic engagement: how we can experience effectiveness... and what mentees get out of it". The high-caliber panel will discuss how mentoring as a form of engagement strengthens not only the mentees, but also the mentors themselves - and how these experiences can have an impact in different contexts.

The evening will thrive on impulses and discussions and the dual perspective of the mentors and mentees. In this way, the benefits for both sides and how mentoring "empowers" both mentor and mentee are conveyed in a tangible and lively way.

The evening will be moderated by business journalist and presenter Geli Hensolt.

The event will take place on site at TREFFPUNKT Rotebühlplatz and via livestream.
