Michelle David & The True-tones know how to create a rousing evening of classic soul. With their lively rhythms, powerful voices and strong melodies, they have already conquered many festivals and numerous clubs. Performing at renowned festivals such as Pinkpop to North Sea Jazz and on tour from Spain to Scandinavia, they have left lasting impressions wherever they have performed, offering an unforgettable live experience. In addition, the band's previous albums have been acclaimed by fans and critics alike - from Album of the Month on FIP Radio in France to one of BBC Radio 6 Music's Albums of the Year (UK).

In Spring 2024, Michelle David & The True-tones return with a new album that sees the band return to a rawer and more energetic sound. The band draws its inspiration from old gospel, the classics of the renowned Stax Records or the recordings of Bobby Womack, to name but a few. The new record was recorded live - with the whole band in one room at the same time, which makes it sound energetic, authentic and captivating. Either way, you will hear the unmistakable sound and message of Michelle David & The True-tones. We are looking forward to the new songs and live shows in spring!
