The LOFFT foyer becomes a dance floor in a cozy atmosphere. After the performance of (BROKEN) BRIDGES on Saturday, December 9th, we invite you to dance the night away together at the MILONGA IM LOFFT at the bar above the rooftops of our city.
An event as part of the performance (BROKEN) BRIDGES by HAJUSOM / SOEURS DOGA / VIKTOR MAREK (HAMBURG/OUAGADOUGOU) from December 8 to 10, 2023.
Hajusom and a group of artists from Burkina Faso explore the question of whether and how people can create new bridges and connections from the ruins of history and overcome global inequalities. Inspired by the once subversive power of tango for the cohesion of black people in the diaspora, fine codes of community building are emerging, a new form of collective dance. As a bridge, we would like to take up HAJUSOM / SOEURS DOGA / VIKTOR MAREK's search for connection, community and solidarity and invite you to bring impulses, communication, close and open embraces to MILONGA IM LOFFT.
