A conscious ecstatic dance space for connection, presence and free expression.
Carried by carefully guided music, we dive into movement together - sometimes quiet, sometimes wild, always real.

As a certified Movement Medicine® teacher and Conscious Dance DJ, I provide a clear, supportive framework in which you can safely explore and express yourself.

No right. No wrong.
Just dance, breath and living in the moment.

I recommend that you register, otherwise I cannot guarantee you a place.
