In this bi-weekly session, we combine intuitive movement, mindful yoga elements and conscious bodywork from dance and TCM to release tension, clear the mind and reconnect with ourselves.
Mindful Movement is a counter-movement to sports that exhaust you or demand performance from you. It is an invitation to use your body as a compass - through flowing movement, breathing, gentle strengthening and relaxation. No pressure to perform, no previous experience necessary - just you, your body and the willingness to give yourself space.
Please note: We meet in Multiraum 6 of the Bilker Bunker (the entrance is in the passageway to the courtyard, not the main entrance). You will receive the access code from me in advance. Mats and blocks are available. Please bring a padlock if you want to lock something in.
