Mindful Movement combines mindful movement, yoga elements and conscious bodywork from dance and TCM to reduce stress in the long term, clear your mind and get back in touch with your body.
Mindful Movement is an invitation to perceive your body as a compass - through flowing movements, gentle strengthening, breathing exercises and relaxation. No pressure to perform, no previous experience necessary - just you, your body and the willingness to give yourself space and peace.

(The entrance is in the passageway to the courtyard, not the main entrance. You will receive the access code in advance by e-mail. Mats and blocks are available - feel free to bring a padlock).
