Do you want to conjure up your own little cake - deliciously filled on the inside and artfully decorated on the outside? 🍰 Then come to my mini cake course for teenagers in Munich! Together we'll bake a trendy naked cake with buttercream, berry filling and imaginative decorations. Whether it's meringue rosettes, rolled fondant roses or glittering sprinkles - there are no limits to your creativity!
The course is ideal for anyone aged 12-18 who enjoys baking and designing.

Procedure - this is what we do:

• Prepare the Swiss Meringue buttercream
• Cut, soak and fill the mini cake bases
• Spread the cakes neatly with buttercream
• Make meringue rosettes & dry in the oven
• Design roll fondant roses & other decorations
• Decorate the mini cake with meringue, glitter & fruit
• Take your finished cake home with pride

What you should bring with you:

• Closed, non-slip shoes
• Clothes that can be stained
• Participants with long hair: Hair tie
• Containers for your treats
• Desire for a fun day
