The Minna Thiel Summer Festival invites you to a relaxed summer day full of music, good food and a creative atmosphere on Sunday, June 7, 2026 from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Between the green meadow, table tennis table and rail trolley, a place to linger, dance and get together will be created - for families, friends and everyone who wants summer in the city.

In addition to fine food and cold drinks, our make-up stand will provide color and glitter: Whether imaginative children's make-up or the perfect festival make-up - here visitors young and old can have a little work of art conjured up on their face.

Two special live acts from Munich will provide the musical backdrop:

With honest lyrics, intimate vocals and a unique blend of acoustic and electronic elements, Nana Forest moves between indie pop, singer-songwriter and Alt Z. In her songs, the German-French artist tells of longing, vulnerability and the stories behind the facades. At the same time, she inspires live with humorous moderation, charm and an approachable stage presence that turns her concerts into special moments.

Also on the bill: twiceasmad - a seven-piece indie pop band from Munich that doesn't do things by halves with brass, rap and an energetic live sound. Between dirty guitars, driving brass, synths and biting rap parts, they create a powerful German pop sound somewhere between Bilderbuch, SEEED and Von Wegen Lisbeth. Following their debut album "Stranieri" and support shows for Monobo Son, the band is now bringing their new EP "Yab Yum" to the stage - intense, danceable and full of energy.

The Minna Thiel Sommerfest promises a relaxed afternoon and evening with music, encounters and a real summer feeling in the middle of Munich.
