MINTA* MUSIC DAYS
for MINTA* ages 12 to 18 | August 25–28, 2026

 

Are you passionate about music? And are you a girl, or inter, non-binary, trans, or agender? Then our MINTA* Music Days are just the thing for you to discover your musical skills during summer break. No prior experience is necessary—our FLINTA+ coaches from Munich will be there to guide you over the course of four days.

When you register, you’ll choose one of our four workshops: singing, playing in a band, sound production, or hip-hop dance. You’ll also learn the basics of working with electronics and sound equipment.

At the big final concert, you’ll then get to show your family and friends what you’ve got. Food and drinks will be provided.

Tuesday, Aug. 25 – Friday, Aug. 28 | 10 a.m.–4 p.m. each day

Final Concert: Friday, August 28, 6:00 p.m.

MINTA* stands for girls, inter, non-binary, trans, and agender people and is intended to include all young people who are not endo-cis-male. The label is designed to appeal in particular to young FLINTA* people, often within the context of youth programs.

This project is funded byPop To Go – Unterwegs im Leben, an initiative of the Bundesverband Popularmusik e.V., through a grant from the federal program“Kultur macht stark – Bündnisse für Bildung” (Culture Makes You Strong – Alliances for Education) of the Ministry of Education, Family, Seniors, Women, and Youth. The Alliance for Education for the MINTA* Music Days consists of the District of Upper Bavaria, Feierwerk Funkstation,Feierwerk Fachstelle Pop, and theAssociation for Pop Culture in Bavaria e.V.
