Healthy and energizing food is very important in Vietnam. The dishes are usually cooked with little fat and only very briefly. Lots of herbs and a pleasant spiciness enhance the fresh character of Vietnamese dishes. The staple foods are rice, rice noodles and vegetables. Fish and meat play a subordinate role. The menu in Vietnam is supplemented by many Western eating habits of the former colonial powers. These include baguettes, croissants and coffee - introduced by the French and adopted in a modified form in traditional cuisine.

This menu consists of the world-famous dishes from Vietnam. The cooking technique is uncomplicated, but somewhat unusual. All recipes are authentic and original from my family.

Hi, my name is Mai Thy. I was practically born with a passion for cooking, as I come from a family of chefs in the heart of Saigon. For me, food is much more than just enjoyment - it's my love language.

Since 2015, I have been sharing my enthusiasm in cooking classes, combining two things that are particularly close to my heart: excellent food and health. My greatest strength is bringing people together through cooking and creating an atmosphere where everyone feels welcome.
