Norbert Leisegang meets Gregor Gysi. As singer, lyricist and frontman of the band Keimzeit, Leisegang is one of East Germany's most influential musicians. Since the 1980s, Leisegang has stood for an unmistakable sound between rock, chanson, folk and poetic observation of everyday life. Keimzeit already gained a loyal fan base in the GDR; after reunification, the band became known nationwide with songs such as "Kling Klang".
