In Urban Double Bill, two positions from the urban dance scene present themselves in one evening. The format offers artists the opportunity to further develop their own choreographic practice and present new works to an audience. The aim is to make urban dance cultures visible, promote exchange and give up-and-coming artists space for artistic development. The selected artists are invited via an open call and supported in the development process by experienced mentors: Yeliz Pazar and Takao Baba will support them with their expertise in urban dance practice, stage work and community building. In previous editions, Nasrin Torabi and Diana Schöne alias Ruby, among others, presented their work as part of the Hood of Sisters (HoS) collective. The Düsseldorf dancer and choreographer Rymon Zacharei aka Rayboom also showed his work as part of the Urban Double Bill.

This edition features works by Solomon Quaynoo and Nora & Davis.
