Companies are not neutral zones!

Sooner or later, what is under tension in society will also emerge in everyday working life: as friction, as uncertainty, as conflict, as silence. The question is no longer whether this happens. The question is how we deal with it.

HRespect and Futur Zwei are jointly inviting you to Casino Futur in Bremen on Monday, June 8, 2026, from 18:00 to 21:00. The focus is on a topic that many feel and only a few really deal with: How can dialogue spaces be created in companies in which differences can be discussed without everything being relativized?

We discuss why avoidance is not a solution. Why open discussion spaces need rules, attitudes and boundaries. Why dignity and protection are not against, but for genuine dialog. And why the connection between organizational culture and democracy is more concrete than it often sounds: Anyone who can no longer disagree in everyday working life without risking relationships loses more than just a good conversation.

The evening is not intended to reassure. It wants to make it clearer what it is all about: understanding under conditions of difference. About responsibility in companies. And about the question of what spaces we need today so that collaboration not only works, but remains socially sustainable.

HRespect describes itself as an initiative under the motto "Love HR, hate Racism". It aims to raise awareness of racism and right-wing populism in the HR and personnel context and offer a platform for exchange, networking and joint learning.


Jess Koch connects HR decision-makers, experts and associations at the interfaces of transformation, organizational development and networks to create a lively ecosystem. He develops and moderates exchange formats around modern, politically understood HR work - always with the aim of creating open, non-discriminatory spaces in which people take a stand and organizations become a little fairer.

FUTUR ZWEI is a strategy and management consultancy for SMEs with offices in Bremen, Freiburg and Hamburg.
