Backhome - Morning Rituals is a daily morning ritual for women
who want to live the day differently.

In a safe space and in a community of women
we connect with our feminine energy,
that we so often forget.

This is how we start the day by filling ourselves from the inside out:
gentle, authentic and alive.
We then meet the day from this fullness.

Every morning opens up something different in us, in you.
You are invited to feel yourself, to move, to become still
and to discover your pleasure.

This is your space to inhabit yourself again,
before the world wants something from you.

Organizational info
It is recommended to attend this format throughout the week,
so that the space can be maintained and deepened.
The meetings take place via Zoom
and you can participate from your own safe space.
The session lasts approximately 45 minutes and the focus is to deepen the connection with your feminine energy, please stay with it for the whole time.
Sunday's call will be time for sharing only.
No previous experience is necessary.
You are invited to come just as you are, not to perform, but to connect.
