Calm to powerful practice with optional inversions & arm balances (no previous experience necessary)

Introduction to contact dance, free movement and first partner exercises

Time to eat, rest and exchange ideas

Technique, confidence and safe flying in clearly guided exercises

Dan is a yoga and movement teacher from Düsseldorf. In his work, he combines a calm, embodied approach with a clear focus on body awareness and trust.
At the event, he designs three independent areas:
- Yoga (calm to powerful, with optional inversion postures)
- Contact & movement
- Acro & partner work
Each practice stands on its own and is accessible to both beginners and advanced practitioners.
His sessions are aimed in particular at people who have a lot on their minds and want to feel themselves again - without pressure, without performance, but at their own pace.
