Mr. Punch LIVE at the Hamtorkrug!
The two progressive rock enthusiasts and longtime friends Thomas Schommers and Ötte have attended numerous concerts by their favorite bands—such as Marillion, Fish, IQ, and many other greats of the genre—over the past few years.
At some point, the idea arose to organize a festival of their own. In 2027, this dream will become a reality: The first PROGTOBER Festival will take place on October 23, 2027, in Neuss!
To mark the occasion, there will be an official announcement event this year. As luck would have it, we were able to see the tribute band Mr. Punch perform live last year. We were absolutely thrilled after just the first few songs. So we’re all the more delighted that we’ve now been able to bring the band to the Hamtorkrug in Neuss on one of their days off.
At the PROGTOBER Festival 2027, Mr. Punch will also take the stage as the headliner of the evening. More bands are currently being planned.
