Through gentle hypnosis, breathing exercises and visualization, you will develop your personal anchor, which will give you security and confidence during the birth. Once a month, a safe space is created where you can connect: with yourself, your baby and other expectant mothers who are on the same journey.
Doula and hypnobirthing course leader Franziska holds and accompanies this circle with great sensitivity through each phase. In each workshop, we focus on a powerful hypnobirthing technique - from breathing exercises, visualization and self-hypnosis to birth-preparing thoughts and inner alignment. Each session is complemented by meditation, sharing and loving reflection.
You will receive valuable impulses to prepare for your birth in a mindful and self-determined way. Hypnobirthing can support you in strengthening your confidence and anticipation, releasing fears and developing a new, positive approach to the sensations of birth.
