Germany has an anti-Semitism problem. Despite national and international efforts to provide Jews in the Federal Republic with a secure existence, the number of anti-Semitic crimes has been rising for years. Politicians, society and cultural institutions have a greater responsibility than ever to develop new strategies to bring the phrase "Never again" to life.
